Our goal is to provide quality, compassionate dental care to our patients by providing comprehensive and state of the art dental treatment. We are dedicated to listening to our patients and treat them like our own family. We strive to create beautiful smiles and enhance the oral health of our patients through non-compromising care and patient education.

Meet Dr. Sok:

"As a dentist, my goal is not to only provide all aspects of dentistry, but to also educate my patients, family and friends about the importance of good oral hygiene and prevention. I offer numerous skills and compassion to providing exceptional dental care. I value each of my patient and will spend the time to explain, educate, reiterate what is important, your smile and oral health."


Dr. Erica Sok attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where she graduated magna cum laude with a major in Biology. She went on to pursue her dental education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry where she was selected to be a member of the dental honor society, Sigma Omicron Upsilon. She graduated 3rd in her dental class. While at VCU School of Dentistry, Dr. Sok was a prosthodontic teacher's assistant and was awarded the Lewis H. Zeno Memorial Award for her excellence on prosthodontics.

Dr. Erica Sok is member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Virginia Dental Association (VDA), and Northern Virginia Dental Society (NVDS). Dr. Sok is an Invisalign (clear braces) certified provider and is also certified in Lumineers (veneers). She strives to take numerous continuing education course to expand her dental education and bring the latest advances in dentistry to her patients. Her warm and sincere personality makes her a dentist you can feel comfortable with and trust for your oral health.


Dr. Erica Sok volunteers her time and service to the Mission of Mercy (MOM) Project where she provides dentistry to the under served communities in Virignia. She also volunteers at the NVDS free clinic where she continues to provide care to those who cannot afford dental care. Dr. Sok strongly believes in giving back to the community.

Dr. Erica Sok met her husband, Dr. Long Pham, also a dentist, at Virginia Tech. They were in the same dental class and now have two daughters, Ava and Bella. Dr. Pham's mother, Dr. Nu Dang and father, Dr. Thang Pham are also practicing dentistry at All Smiles Dental of Falls Church.

During her free time, Dr. Sok enjoys yoga, jogging, scrapbooking, cooking and spending quality family time.

Meet Dr. Pham:

"Dr. Long Pham is dedicated to the care of his patients. “It is important to me, to help patients have and keep a healthy and beautiful smile.” He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Association. Anyone who has worked with Dr. Pham knows he is good at what he does and loves what he does, from his patients, assistants, lab technicians, to other dentists. Dr. Pham is familiar with the newest technologies and techniques in dentistry."


Dr. Long Pham grew up in the area attending Beech Tree Elementary School, Sleepy Hollow Elementary School, Glasgow Middle School, and St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes School. He then had a wonderful education and experience at Virginia Tech and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to receive his D.D.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, formerly known as MCV School of Dentistry, where he graduated among the top of his class.

Dr. Long Pham is Invisalign certified and trained in Lumineers and Snap-On Smile. He has placed many successful dental implants and extracted 3rd molars (wisdom teeth) with ease. Dr. Pham is very proficient performing root canals, fillings, and crowns. In fact, local dental lab technicians say his “crowns and impressions are the BEST out of ALL the dentists” they work with.

Dr. Long Pham pursues the best continuing education courses and reads plenty of dental literature to keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry. He loves to educate his patients and provide them with the highest standard of care


Dr. Long Pham regularly volunteers at the Northern Virginia Free Dental Clinic and Mission of Mercy dental service projects because he feels it is important to help the underserved with dental care. Giving back is very important to him, and that is why he devotes a lot of time into great causes. Dr. Long Pham is an Eagle Scout, and received his Woodbadge Leadership Training for adults. He is currently an Assistant Scout Master of Troop 904 in Arlington, VA.

Dr. Long Pham and his wife, Dr. Erica Sok, live in Sterling, VA and have two daughters, Ava and Bella. Dr. Erica Sok, is a practicing dentist as well. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports.

Meet Dr. Meyer:

Brandon Meyer is a dentist serving the communities of Herndon and Great Falls in Virginia. Dr. Meyer attended the University of Maryland, where he received his dental degree.

Dr. Meyer is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Virginia Dental Association. He is a part of All Smiles Dental.

Patients see Dr. Meyer for a variety of reasons, including crowns, bridges, root canals, teeth whitening, and dental cleaning. Outside of his practice, he enjoys scuba diving, reading, and cooking. He helps patients receive the treatment they need.
